- Applicant completes a WWC Check Application form (does not sign form).
- Provide original and correct identification documents that total 100 points.
- Attach a passport size photo to application.
- Takes completed application form, original identification documents, passport size photo to a participating Australia Post outlet.
- No fee.
- Sign the application in front of the Australia Post attendant.
- Assessment Notice issued to applicant.
- Submit Assessment Notice to local church leader for scanning to CPAS.
- WWC Check cards are valid for 5 years.
